Terms and Conditions of Sale

Round Valley Auction Company is required to charge local sales tax. We do accept Tax Exempt certificates for re-sale. Please note the tax-exempt number when you Register for a Buyer's Number.

Round Valley Auction Company accepts Cash, Checks and in most cases where internet service is available, Credit/Debit cards (3.5% processing fee). All Buyer's must provide valid state issued ID when Registering to bid. Bidder Numbers are FREE and will be issued at Check-In of each sale.

More Terms and Conditions NO ITEMS SHALL BE REMOVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. Payment at conclusion of Auction EACH DAY. Announcement’s sale day take precedence over any and all printed materials in regard to this auction.Round Valley Auction Company reserves the right to substitute or delete consignments. The highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between or among two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute, as he sees fit, is reserved to the auctioneer and his decision shall be final. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The "NO SALE" right is reserved by the seller, providing notification of this intent is given to the auctioneer before the merchandise has left the sale block. LIABILITY: Buyers, sellers, and spectators are cautioned to exercise care while attending the auction and and enter the premises at their own risk. Round Valley Auction Company, Peggy Krieger, Mike Orona or their employees, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED BY ANYONE ATTENDING THE AUCTION. Children must be accompanied and supervised by their parents. PRIVATE SALES: Absolutely no private sales. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer and owners make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. EVERYTHING SOLD AS IS WHERE IS and must be paid for BEFORE it leaves. When the auctioneer says 'SOLD', it is the responsibility of the buyer to protect his purchase.
